Welcome to our online shop. These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of PBX licenses from our online shop. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
General Information : Our website is operated by Foppex Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. Our registered office is at 7 Thiseos Street, 2042 Strovolos, Nicosia Cyprus. Our VAT number is CY10265372U.
PBX Licenses: We sell PBX licenses that allow you to use PBX software (of the companies we partner with) on your own server or hosted platform. The license grants you the right to use the software for a limited period and for a limited number of users/sim. calls based on your subscription. The license is non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser.
Orders: All orders for PBX licenses and remote support packages are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product/service from sale at any time without notice. The prices listed on our website are shown in Euros and do not include taxes. Taxes will be added during the checkout process. By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase the PBX license or the remote support package you have selected based on these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Kindly be aware that any bank charges incurred during the transfer should be considered so that we receive the full payment. Please note that we will not activate your license until we have received the full payment.
Delivery: Once we have received payment in full, we will activate your PBX license and send you the license key by email. We will make every effort to activate your license within the estimated delivery timescale, but we cannot guarantee activation dates.
Returns and Refunds: We do not offer refunds for PBX licenses once they have been activated. If you experience any issues with your license, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the content of our website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of your use of the PBX license you purchase from our online shop, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should check these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or place an order.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. The other provisions will not be affected.
